OUDELONG® Air Shower is available in three different materials: full Stainless Steel, Stainless Steel Interior, and Steel Plate. With patented air shower design technologies that which ensures a clean seal that prevent contaminant seepage, it can educe large amounts of dust particles brought by staff, and includes 360-degree air jet nozzles that work at more than 20 m/s. with automatic air showering type and clear working indication lights that easy operation.
Details:
1.Doors are a pair of single-leaf doors that cannot be opened at the same time, so that the air shower room acts as an airlock at the same time. The door frames are stainless steel to fully ensure the durability and cleanliness of the air shower. The door frame has a reversible electronic contact lock for opening the door and LUDS signaling panels on both sides. The fully glazed door is made of 5 mm thick toughened safety glass fixed on three hinges and is equipped with an automatic door seal and self-closing mechanism. Clear width 800 mm, clear height 1980 mm. The available types of doors are electrically operated, double swing doors, roller shutter doors
2.HEPA filter class H13/H14 class HEPA filter with polyurethane seal (optional liquid seal), clamped to welded frame. Filters can be replaced from the side (inside the shower) when the side door is opened. Meanwhile, a pre-filter is installed at the return air outlet, pre-filter class G4 is protected by a magnetically secured grille made of perforated painted steel sheet.
3.Centrifugal fan is a high speed fan used to provide high airflow; the motor fan is mounted from the side and is replaced after opening the side panel door and removing the HEPA filter.
4.Energy-saving LED Light in the air shower are highly efficient. They consume less power while providing sufficient illumination, which is very suitable for the energy – saving requirements of the air shower.
5.Durable Door Closer. It is a hydraulic device like a spring on the door head. When the air shower room door is opened, it can close the door automatically by compression and release, ensuring the normal operation of the air shower room.
6.Microcomputer Controller Intelligent voice talking LCD display screen. It can automatically control functions like inter – locking and unlocking of inner and outer doors, lighting on/off, human body induction, and fan start/stop. It also has adjustable wind – shower time, voice prompts, and is very user – friendly.
7.Nozzles minimum internal diameter is 25 mm, through which air is blown at a mean axial velocity of 20 m/s towards a person standing in the center of the cabinet. Nozzles can be customized to be mounted on top of the air shower.
8.Stainless Steel Hinge made of high – quality stainless steel, is durable and has a smooth surface. It is not only practical but also adds a touch of modernity to the door.
